One-day camp – Balaton edition

In the spring holiday of 2020, Nebulo School organized its usual one-day camp, now with holiday feeling at the Hungarian “sea”, Lake Balaton. In the morning , we Szilvia Toth started the day with children yoga. After some exercises, the children did some craft of sailing boat from sponge and sticks. Then, they had some fresh fruits and crackers for branch. The bigger ones went to play with „Gazdálkodj okosan Balaton edition” which is a well-known Hungarian board game, an adaptation of the American Capitaly. Meanwhile, the smaller ones were playing competetive games with Eszter. Getting closer to the lunch time, the hungry kids were gathering around the table. We have made Hungarian Goulash soup and for the second dish, fresh Hungarian langos. There were also freetime activities during the day, like fishing or drawing with chalk on the asphalt. Before the afternoon snack, Emese  – the other girl of KCSP scholarship program from the Hungarian Association of WA – introduced some Hungarian folk dance plays to the children. At around 4 o’clock, our joyful day was over.
